Every supplier in our network undergoes an annual review against our Supplier Code of Conduct, which covers fair wages, safe working conditions, and environmental impact. We visit production facilities in person and commission independent audits before renewing contracts.
Our artisans use traditional plant-based and mineral dyes — including indigo, urucum, and clay — to colour leather and fabric. These processes avoid toxic chemical effluents and produce the rich, distinctive colour tones that define each Julia Mendes collection.
